Our WYO HISER Signature Blend Coffee is meant to be enjoyed by the cup and meant to be the first ingredient in our WYO HISER Signature Seasoning.
Coffee is a very purposeful ingredient. It is not a forward “flavor” in our seasoning. However, it does naturally tenderize, caramelize and harmonize with other flavors.
We personally love a really good cup of coffee. We found it worth the time to search and invest in our own bean flavor. A flavor that is distinct and memorable. Bates Brothers Coffee right here in Torrington, Wyoming spent a lot of time and a lot of beans helping us create our ideal companion product. The beans come from Peru and Honduras and are roasted just dark enough to enhance the dark chocolate, walnut and brown sugar flavor notes.
We serve this coffee at our drink counter here at the “WILD HARE” downtown Torrington.
